Chelsea are considering selling Brazil internationals Oscar and Ramires to Juventus to facilitate the signing of Paul Pogba from the Serie A champions and leaders, the Daily Telegraph has reported.
Pogba is attracting interest not only from Chelsea but also Manchester United, Manchester City and Paris Saint-Germain, but it’s felt that the Old Lady’s interest in Oscar and Ramires could pave the way for the Premier League leaders to snatch Pogba away from their rival suitors.
Should Chelsea fail to land France international Pogba then manager Jose Mourinho would turn to Atletico Madrid’s Koke, it’s thought, and would also like to sign Raphael Varane from his former club, Real Madrid.
Juventus are known to have scouted Oscar and have also placed Ramires on their wanted list for the summer, the former having moved to Stamford Bridge from Internacional in the summer of 2012, the latter a summer 2010 signing from Benfica. Oscar has gone on to make around 150 appearances for the Blues while Ramires has more than 200 games under his belt.
