Arsenal have announced the double exit of winger Ryo Miyachi and young defender Semi Ajayi, the Daily Mirror reports.
Japanese international Miyachi has linked up with German side St. Pauli on a three-year deal in order to be given more opportunities at playing regular first team football.
The 22-year-old featured for Arsenal in a number of pre-season games, and even managed to hit the net in a 3-1 victory over Grampus Eight from his homeland.
Having signed for the Gunners back in 2011, he made just one league appearance for the club, and had to make do with five separate loan spells with sides like Wigan, Twente Feyenoord and Bolton.
Ajayi, similarly, never got anywhere near the first team, spent the previous campaign on loan with Championship side Cardiff, who were apparently so impressed with him that they’ve snapped him up permanently.
And with more set to move on in the coming weeks, Arsene Wenger could seek to bring in one or two of the likes of Raheem Sterling, Petr Cech, Geoffrey Kondogbia and Morgan Schneiderlin, who they have all been linked with.
