The Independent explain that Aston Villa striker Christian Benteke will not be allowed to move for less than the £32.5m release clause that is in his contract, according to his boss Tim Sherwood. And while Liverpool remain impressed by the Belgian’s quality on the pitch, they are not willing to pay that amount of money for the player.
