Italian giants Juventus are reportedly ready to offers that match their £58m valuation of in-demand midfielder Paul Pogba this summer, according to journalist Ghilda Pensante (via the Daily Express).
The 22-year-old has been consistently linked with an exit from Turin recently, with both Chelsea and Manchester United being credited with an interest in his signature.
France international, Pogba, linked up with the Old Lady in the summer of 2013 on a free transfer after Manchester United foolishly agreed to let him go.
However, Pensante, who works for Sky Italia, believes he could very well be on his way back to England, or somewhere else, should a club meet his £58m asking price.
“They will just wait and only consider any official offers over €80million (£58m) – no less,” she said.
“Any offers that are smaller, Juventus wouldn’t even consider it and would keep the player until next season.
“So we will have to see if there is an offer from Man City or other big clubs.”
Pogba played a crucial role in helping the club retain their Serie A league title, and book a place in this season’s Champions League final by making 41 appearances across all competitions, bagging 10 goals.
Since then he has become one of the world’s most sought after stars.
