Real Madrid superstar Cristiano Ronaldo wasn’t thought to be keen on working with Rafa Benitez, and his frustrations were ever so slightly revealed during a training session this week as the new boss chalked off one of his goals.
A video of his outburst was captured, with reports in Spain claiming that he shouted “Vai caralho!”, an expletive Portuguese insult, in the direction of his new manager.
Ronaldo also complained that Benitez only gives fouls against Portuguese players during training.
But during this particular session, Benitez insisted that all players must hit the crossbar before being allowed to leave, an idea that Ronaldo reportedly thought was “s**t”.
