In recent weeks Ligue 1 giants Paris Saint Germain have been linked with a big money move for struggling Manchester United winger Angel di Maria.
Speculation had been ramping up as the weeks ticked by, but it now seems that the move has broken down as negotiations between the two clubs have hit an impasse, according to BeIN Sports.
However, BeIN Sports are owned by the same man that runs the ship at PSG, Nasser Ghanim Al-Khelaïfi.
The reports emerged on Twitter, but so far there has been no official story in any French press outlets.
Di Maria linked up with United for a British record fee of £59.7m, but has struggled for form and fitness ever since. He had initially been linked with a move to PSG last summer, but FFP regulations meant they were forced to drop their interest.
