Colombian international winger could be in line to stay at Chelsea this summer after it emerged that he has been given Didier Drogba’s iconic number 11 shirt.
Having arrived in January from Italian side Fiorentina for a fee of £27m (via Daily Mail) he failed to make an impact during his first half-season with the Blues, and had such been tipped to make a swift return back.
Champions Juventus had been linked with his signature (via talkSPORT) but it now appears as though he will be going nowhere, at least according to the evidence gathered so far.

A number of fans have taken to their social media accounts to highlight that some preliminary numbers have included the Colombian as the side’s new number 11 – taking over from club legend Didier Drogba, who leaf at the end of last season.
