Arsenal are reportedly keeping an eye on Anderlecht prospect Youri Tielemans ahead of a potential January move, according to the Metro.
The midfielder is being touted as one of the biggest talents in Europe currently, and has already made his mark on the European stage after becoming the youngest player to ever feature in a Champions League game in 2013 (via Metro).
Although the new season is still in its infancy, Tielemans is well on course to enjoy his best campaign by some way. He has already scored three goals from the opening seven games of the term.
Despite his potential however, there is a danger that he will watch his career stagnate should he remain in the Jupiler League for much longer. Although the side have a Europa League campaign to look forward to, he needs to be playing in a much more competitive competition if he wishes to realise that potential.
Moving to the Emirates is likely to aid his development. Arsene Wenger has often proved his willingness to give younger players an opportunity.
