Tottenham are set to beat London rivals Arsenal and Chelsea to the signature of highly-rated teenage star Luka Jovic, according to the Daily Express.

Reports in Portuguese newspaper O Jogo claim that Benfica have already sent scouts to Belgrade to take a closer look at his prodigious talent.
However, reports elsewhere in Italian publication Calciomercato claim that Spurs are now in the driving seat to snap him up.
The Express claims that Jovic is keen to head to White Heart Lane following Mauricio Pochettino’s proclivity for playing younger players regularly, with the progression of 19-year-old Dele Alli and 17-year-old Clinton Njie are said to be an inspiration to him.
