Manchester United and Chelsea have been linked with AS Roma’s stars Miralem Pjanic and Radja Nainggolan on several occasions.
However, according to Italian newspaper La Repubblica and as reported by talkSPORT, Real Madrid are eyeing a double swoop for the Roman midfielders.
The report claims the Spanish giants are ready to pay £35 million for Pjanic, while they are rating Nainggolan at £27 million, meaning Real are planning a bid of £62 million to lure both players to Madrid.
It was understood that Chelsea’s director and lead negotiator, Marina Granovskaia, has already made contact with Pjanic’s advisers ahead of a possible summer move for the 25-year-old creative midfielder.
Unlike the Bosnia, Nainggolan does not feature a release clause in his contract, but it is claimed Roma will again want in a transfer fee the region of £31 million.
Pjanic joined the Giallorossi in 2011 from French club Lyon, while Nainggolan has played for the club since 2014.
