Chelsea superstar Eden Hazard could be on his way out of the club in the summer transfer window. The Belgian international is set to be the first casualty at the club following Antonio Conte’s arrival in the summer.
According to a report in the Sun, the West London club have put the 25-year-old on sale. The report further claims that two top football agents have alerted all the major European clubs to Hazard’s availability.
Hazard has been linked with moves to Paris Saint-Germain and Real Madrid and, on occasions, he has hinted that he would be willing to leave Chelsea in the future.
Conte is aware that Hazard played a significant role in Jose Mourinho’s departure from the club, and he thinks that the winger’s presence at the club could disrupt his plans.
Chelsea initially valued the Belgian at £80million, but due to his poor form this season, they are willing to listen to offers starting from £50 million.
Hazard has failed to open his goal-scoring account in the Premier League this season and has managed only two goals in all competitions.
