Real Madrid ace Gareth Bale has been a subject of interest from various Premier League clubs for quite some time now. The likes of Manchester United and Manchester City have previously expressed their interest in the player, but nothing came out of it.
Now, according to the latest report from Italian media outlet Tuttomercatoweb, via the Sun, the Welsh star has refused to sign a new contract with Real Madrid and is aiming for a move to either of the Manchester clubs.
The 26-year-old is unhappy about the fact that Real manager Zinedine Zidane has shifted him to the wings from the central position he played under former manager Rafa Benitez during the first part of the season.
The report further claims that Los Blancos want to sign Chelsea star Eden Hazard to replace Bale at Santiago Bernabeu. The Belgian international has struggled with his form at Stamford Bridge this season and has been linked with a move to Paris Saint-Germain and Real Madrid on several occasions by various media outlets.
