Finally, it’s official. Zlatan Ibrahimovic will leave Paris Saint-Germain at the end of this season, with a number of big Premier League clubs interested in his services.
The 34-year-old striker kept his decision secret for almost an entire season, but announced it on his personal Twitter account Friday morning. “I came like a king, left like a legend,” Ibrahimovic wrote, stating he will play his last game at the Parc des Princes on Saturday, when PSG host Nantes.

Ibrahimovic joined the Ligue 1 champions, winning four in a row since the 2012/2013 season, in the summer of 2012 from AC Milan in a £15.75 million transfer. He has scored 152 goals in 178 appearances in all competitions for the Paris club, including 111 goals in 121 league appearances.
PSG failed to win the Champions League with Ibrahimovic as their top striker, bouncing out of the tournament in the quarter-finals four times in a row. Barcelona twice, Chelsea, and Manchester City eliminated PSG.
However, despite his age Ibrahimovic has scored 36 league goals this season, making him a top target on the summer transfer market. Manchester United and Chelsea have been linked with the Sweden international, but he’s also been linked with a move to the MLS.
