If the latest transfer stories are any indication, then Arsenal are planning a massive outlay in the summer transfer window.
The Gunners have already purchased Granit Xhaka from Borussia Monchengladbach and almost every other day they keep getting linked with a new player in the transfer market.
The latest name to have been linked with a move to the Emirates Stadium is Inter Milan defender Jeison Murillo. Italian publication Gazzetta dello Sport claims that the Colombian centre-back is a target for the Gunners and could be available for £20 million.
Inter are said to be facing financial difficulties and are looking to sell some of their assets to balance the books. The Serie A club purchased the defender for just £6 million from La Liga club Granada in January 2015 and could make a healthy profit on him.
The 24-year-old was an impressive presence in Roberto Mancini’s side last season and made 35 appearances in all
Premier League duo Leicester City and Stoke City, and Russian giants Zenit St Petersburg are also said to be interested in the player.
