Manchester United are currently very busy working the transfer market. On Sunday, The Guardian broke the story that the Red Devils are close to landing both Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Henrikh Mkhitaryan.
According to the report, United are willing to pay Ibrahimovic £220,000 per week and that the 34-year-old striker will complete his move during the first week of July.
Meanwhile, the Red Devils are prepared to offer £30 million for Mkhitaryan and are sure that a deal will be completed in the coming week.
Now, a report by The Sun claims that Borussia Dortmund have sent representatives to meet with Manchester United in order to wrap up a deal for Mkhitaryan. Once the sum is agreed he can fly in to Carrington and have his Manchester United medical.
The news was confirmed by reliable German journalist Rahael Honigstein on Twitter:

However, with a deal still up in the air, the Red Devils have also made a bid for an alternative playmaker. According to a report by The Daily Star, United have made a £30 million bid for Wolfsburg’s Julian Draxler.
The 22-year-old is currently enjoying a stellar tournament at Euro 2016 with Germany and is five years younger than Mkhitaryan. He left Schalke 04 for Wolfsburg despite having a personal agreement with Juventus last summer. His season was fairly disappointing but Jose Mourinho seems to be impressed by his skills.
In other news, Barcelona are working to complete a £16 million move to bring United full-back Matteo Darmian to Camp Nou this summer.
According to The Daily Star, the Blaugrana need a right-back as Dani Alves left to club to join Juventus. Barca’s director Ariedo Braida knows Darmian from his early days at AC Milan, which could help the deal along.
The 26-year-old Italy international, currently playing for his team at the Euros, joined the Red Devils last summer from Torino for £13.5 million and made 39 appearances for the club.
