Chelsea have set their eyes on AC Milan goalkeeper Diego Lopez, according to Italian publication Gazzetta dello Sport.
The Spaniard, who joined AC Milan from Real Madrid in 2014, is reportedly not happy with his current situation with Rossoneri, after having slipped down the pecking order at the club in favour of Gianluigi Donnarumma.
The 34-year-old is said to be open to a move to Stamford Bridge despite the presence of Thibaut Courtois as an undisputed number one choice at the club.
It’s expected that Bosnian goalkeeper Asmir Begovic will leave the Blues in the summer, after only one season with the club.
In another transfer news, Serie A champions Juventus are prepared to meet Chelsea’s valuation for midfielder Nemanja Matic.
The Serbian has been linked extensively with an exit from the West London club this summer and it seems like the Old Lady are currently leading the pursuit to sign him.
Sport Italia’s transfer expert, Alfredo Pedulla, has claimed that Juventus like the 27-year-old a lot and are ready to pay £16.7 million for him.
