AFC Bournemouth have signed winger Jordan Ibe from Liverpool for a club-record transfer fee of £15 million.
The 20-year-old signed a four-year deal with the Cherries after completing his medical on Wednesday and will now fly to Chicago to join the club’s pre-season training camp.
Ibe was once considered to be the biggest upcoming talent at Liverpool and was awarded a new five-year deal by the Merseyside club last May.
However, he struggled for a regular starting berth following the arrival of Jurgen Klopp at Anfield and was widely tipped to leave the club this summer.

Another player that could soon depart from Anfield is midfielder Joe Allen. The Welsh midfielder, who is expected to leave the club this summer, is wanted by his former club Swansea City, according to Sky Sports.
The 26-year-old has only one year left on his current deal with the Reds and he is set to discuss his future with the club in the coming days.
Swansea, who have already made their interest known to Liverpool, are reportedly waiting for Allen’s talks with the Reds to conclude before making an official move for the player.
