Sky Sport Italia pundit and reliable journalist Gianluca Di Marzio (via Football-Italia)has claimed that Juventus do not need to sell Paul Pogba and the player has no particular intention of leaving.
According to multiple reports on Thursday, as this one by The Guardian, Manchester United will offer Juventus £100 million for the services of the France international. The Premier League giants are also preparing a massive wage offer, which would translate to a staggering £11.1 million per season for a five-year contract. That would essentially be trebling his current salary in Turin.
The proposal is to be made jointly by the Red Devils and Raiola after Euro 2016 has concluded, as the midfielder and France will face Portugal in the final on Sunday.
However, Di Marzio claims that not only are Juventus in a position to reject the offer, but also that Pogba has no particular desire to leave Turin for a return to Manchester United. In fact, it’s Raiola who’s pushing the deal with United as he’s primed to net 20 per cent of any Pogba transfer.
