After their unlucky exit from Europe in the Allianz Arena on Wednesday, Arsenal look to correct their league form with victory at the Liberty Stadium against Swansea City.

The Swans are looking for a fourth consecutive home win and hoping to maintain their good recent league record against the North Londoners. Michael Laudrup’s side won 2-0 at the Emirates Stadium in December and have won plenty of admires, as well as the Capital One Cup, so far this campaign.

Leon Britton could be fit after progressing in his recovery from a hip injury and his return could be joined by Luke Moore, who should shake off a calf worry. Chico Flores and Kemy Agustien again miss out with respective ankle and thigh injuries.

Arsenal were so close to performing a miracle in midweek, but now they are out of Europe, Arsene Wenger will be focused on the league campaign and maintaining Champions League football for next season. The Gunners are fifth, five points away from Chelsea, and will need a win to keep faith.

Nacho Monreal is available after being cup-tied against Bayern, so he is expected to deputise for Kieran Gibbs. Thomas Vermaelen and Wojciech Szczesny could return.
