On-loan West Bromwich Albion striker Romelu Lukaku has refused to be drawn on whether his future lies at parent club Chelsea, according to Sky Sports.

The Belgian striker has spent this season on loan at the Baggies, having found first team opportunities hard to come by at Stamford Bridge.

And, having scored 13 goals in 25 league appearances, there is continued speculation about whether the former Anderlecht striker will return to the Blues or leave for pastures new.

Lukaku said: "I am just waiting until the end of season, I am just performing for West Brom at the moment we will see what will happen and I don't want to talk about it either."

Meanwhile, the 19-year-old hopes that fellow Belgium national team striker Christian Benteke, who has impressed for Aston Villa in the Premier League this season, can earn himself a move to a bigger club.

He said: "I hope Christian will make a move to a big club so he can improve his game as well. This will be also important for the national team."

Lukaku signed for Chelsea in 2011 for a fee believed to potentially be in the region of £17m, after add-ons.

However he struggled to break into the first-team squad under Andre Villas-Boas and then Roberto Di Matteo, making just a handful of appearances as the Blues went on to win the Champions League.
