Napoli to raid Chelsea for Benitez and Torres
Napoli are preparing a sensational swoop for Chelsea duo Rafael Benitez and Fernando Torres, according to the Daily Mirror.
Blues interim boss Benitez allegedly held promising talks with the Serie A side before heading to the United States for a post-season tour which will bring the curtain down on his reign at the club.
And the Spanish manager is confident that he can tempt Torres to Italy too, with Napoli's current marquee man Edinson Cavani set for a summer move away from Stadio San Paolo.
Benitez and Torres ended the season in fine style, with Chelsea winning the Europa League and securing third place in the Premier League to qualify for next season's Champions League.
Those successes have seen the former Valencia manager linked with Paris Saint-Germain - though the Napoli job is now his, should he choose to accept.
Meanwhile Torres' future is up in the air, with Jose Mourinho's imminent arrival casting doubt on where the striker will be next year, despite having scored 23 goals this year.
