Chelsea sign Burkina Faso midfielder Bertrand Traore

Chelsea have signed Burkina Faso midfielder Bertrand Traore from Association Jeunes Espoirs De Bobo-Dioulasso on a four year deal, according to BBC Sport.
Traore, who made his international debut at the tender age of 15, was on trial with the Blues before the season started and the club quickly began negotiations on taking the now-18-year-old to Stamford Bridge on a permanent basis.
The deal was agreed in October but could only be completed upon the opening of the winter transfer window on New Year’s Day.
Speaking of his three Chelsea appearances during his trial while the club were on their tour of Asia in August, Traore said: “It was a good experience with all the senior players and I learned a lot from them. I was very proud, so it was a dream for me to be there every day and playing games.”
Traore is the younger brother of Lorient striker Alain, who had a trial with Man United as a teenager.
