Tottenham manager Tim Sherwood has claimed that his side will attack Fulham when the two teams meet this weekend, according to Sky Sports.

Spurs have struggled for consistency this season which was shown again as they went down 3-0 to West Brom in their last League match before clawing back to earn a 3-3 draw.

With Sherwood’s future uncertain as the season reaches its close, the 45-year-old has promised entertaining football to the fans in his last four games of the football year.

"We hope they come flying out of the blocks and we score more than them, because it is still three points," he said.

"We don't want to do what we did against West Brom, but if we have to score four and they score three then I'm happy.

"The duty of care comes towards our fans, and playing for the shirt of the club, not worrying about anybody else.”

Sherwood believes that his side are where they deserve to be in the Premier League table, despite many believing the club could reach Champions League qualification at the start of the season.

The London boss has managed to grab 11 wins out of a possible 23 since taking over in December and had led the club to sixth place.

"They've got themselves into that situation because they haven't been great, and that's the bottom line,” added Sherwood.

"The league doesn't lie after 38 games and where you are is where you deserve to be.

"We're going to be professional and we're going to try to go there and entertain our fans and we're going to attack.

"That's what we've done ever since I've come to the club and that's what we're going to continue to do."
