Wolves vs Wigan: Prediction and betting tip

Bookmark and Share

By Bryan Waters

Sunday 06 November 2011

Both Wolves and Wigan are on a poor run of form and find themselves languishing at the bottom end of the table. Mick McCarthy’s Wolves side currently sit one place outside the relegation zone and growing unrest with the Molineux faithful has threatened to split Wolves apart. They were easily dispatched by Manchester City at the Etihad Stadium last weekend and will be hopeful that they can pick up a vital home win. Wigan are the Premier League’s bottom placed side and are struggling for any form with seven losses on the spin.

Martinez’ men were beaten by Fulham last Sunday at the DW Stadium, but they have four out of five wins against Wolves in their last meetings. Wigan could pick up a huge three points against Wolves with a 2-1 win at Molineux.

Smart money: Wolves 2-1 Wigan - £10 bet wins £95
