Chelsea on alert after Isla agent comments
Mauricio Isla’s agent Claudio Vagheggi has said Chelsea have expressed an interest in the defender according to ClubCall.

Isla, who is currently playing for Udinese in Serie A, is set to leave the Bianconeri in the summer and the Stamford Bridge club are one of several big name sides lining up to sign the 23-year-old, who is playing his 5th season with Udinese following his 525,000 euro move from Universidad Católica in Chile.
Vagheggi says that Inter Milan are the “first option” for Isla but he has also admitted that Chelsea, Roma and joint La Liga leaders Paris Saint-Germain have all been tracking the Chilean international who started all four of his country’s games at the 2010 World Cup final.
Following a disappointing League campaign, which has left qualification for the Champions League still in the balance, it is possible Chelsea’s aging squad will be refreshed next season whether Robert Di Matteo is confirmed as permanent manager or a new man is installed in the hot seat.
