Premier League as it happened – Man City beat Arsenal, Chelsea leave it late against Stoke

A great Saturday afternoon of football as Manchester City prooved they can battle with the big boys, beating Arsenal 4-2, inspired by former Gunner Emmanuel Adebayor. Liverpool beat Burnley comfortably, thanks to a Youssi Benayoun hat-trick. Chelsea left it late, very late to defeat Stoke City away, a Florent Malouda strike ending the resistence. Sunderland beat Hull City 4-1, with Darren Bent grabbing a brace, and elsewhere, Blackburn, Bolton, and Wigan all got victories over Wolves, Portsmouth and West Ham respectively.
