Having sold Spanish predator David Villa to Barcelona, Valencia are now looking to Paraguayan forward Roque Santa Cruz to replace him as part of a swap deal with Manchester City.
City purchased Santa Cruz for around £18m however his career at Eastlands has been plagued by injury. It is thought that a deal could already be in place for David Silva to join the Manchester club for around £29m according the Daily Mail, and the Spanish side would like Santa Cruz as part of the deal.
