Every morning A Different League searches the nations press to bring you the latest goings on at Manchester Utd. Today:

Sneijder set for Inter stay.

The agent of Wesley Sneijder has told De Telegraaf that his player is ready to commit his future to Inter despite big interest from Manchester United. The Dutch international has had a superb year winning the treble with the Italian club and now guiding Holland to the World Cup final. Speculation has mounted over the past few days suggesting that United manager Sir Alex Ferguson is keen to bring the playmaker to Old Trafford. However the 26 year olds agent Soren Lerby said: “Wesley could stay at Inter until 2015. After the World Cup, we will go to Milan; we will sit around a table with the officials.”

Drinkwater joins Cardiff.

Cardiff City have signed Danny Drinkwater from Manchester United on a one year loan deal. The club confirmed the deal on their official website this evening: “Cardiff City Football Club can confirm that we have reached an agreement with Manchester United for the loan signing of talented young Old Trafford midfielder Daniel Drinkwater,” a statement read. The 20 year old who impressed while on loan at Huddersfield last year has stepped up a division and will be hoping to impress at the Cardiff City stadium.

Neuer nogo.

Manchester United will not be landing Germany’s Manuel Neuer in the near future. The goalkeeper who has been in impressive form for Germany and Shalke over the past few years has been pinpointed as a long term replacement for Edwin Van der sar. However the 24 year old told Sky Sports: “I will definitely stay in the Bundesliga, I have a contract until 2012 and I am not going to comment on any transfer rumours at this stage.” If Neuer did decide to depart the Red Devils would face stiff competition from Bayern Munich for the shotstoppers signature.
