Arsenal captain Cesc Fabregas has apparently signed a pre-contract agreement with Barcelona President Sandro Rosell, according to reports from El Mundo Deportivo.
The Spanish newspaper claim Fabregas will sign a contract until 2016 in a £41m deal and it is believed if anyone can bring Fabregas back to Catalu
