Sunderland star striker Asamoah Gyan has revealed that it would be his dream to play for Manchester United at some point in the future.
The Ghana forward has scored nine goals in 23 appearances so far this season since his £13m move from Rennes, and with such form has come interest from some of Europe’s top clubs.
Speaking to GHANAsoccernet.com,
“But at the moment I’m at another great club and will want to concentrate on that and help repay the faith the club and the fans have reposed in me.”
It is not thought that any such move would go through in the near future however, as Sunderland would be unwilling to sell so soon after losing Darren Bent to Aston Villa in the January transfer window.
