Arsenal and Denmark striker Nicklas Bendtner insists he will be staying that the Emirates Stadium for next season, after rumours linking him away from the club.
Bendtner has been linked with a number of clubs lately, including Blackburn Rovers, having fallen down the Arsenal pecking-order this season. The 23-year-old Dane has made just three Premier League starts this season, along with a further 12 substitute appearances, scoring two goals, however he is happy that his career with the Gunners is not coming to an end.
Talking to Danish site Sporten, Bendtner said: “I’ve certainly talked to Wenger, but he hasn’t told me that I should look for a new club after the summer or that he is not satisfied with me.”
Bendtner’s last goals for the club came in early March, when he netted a hattrick in Arsenal’s 5-0 FA Cup win against Leyton Orient.
