Ex-Liverpool winger wants Man Utd move

CSKA Moscow’s Chilean international winger Mark Gonzalez has revealed he would love a move to Manchester United.

Gonzalez, 26, has played in the Premier League before with Liverpool, where he stayed for one season in 2006/7, before returning to La Liga with Real Betis. Since then, he has spent the last two seasons in Russia playing for CSKA, but talking to ADN Radio, Gonzalez told how he may be looking for a return to England:

“It would be a dream to be able to join Manchester United. We all know the quality that the team has and I would certainly like to play in England again, even more at a team like Manchester United.”

The South-African born Chilean has 46 caps for his country, and scored the winner in Chile’s 1-0 win against Switzerland in the World Cup 2010 in South Africa.
