Bacary Sagna will not be leaving Arsenal in the Summer, according to his agent.
Sagna, 28, has recently claimed it was “embarrassing” to be an Arsenal player prior to the Machester United clash last weekend, due to their failure to continue their Premier League title challenge, and was subsequently linked with a move away.
However, despite reported interest from Juventus and Roma, the players’ agent insists the France international will likely be staying at Arsenal.
Talking to Italian website Calciomercatoweb.it, agent Christophe Mongai said: “Bacary is very, very happy in London, and I think that it would be really difficult to see him leave Arsenal this Summer. Nothing is impossible, but, I repeat, it is really complicated for the player to leave. He is fine and has found his ideal place in London.”
