Tottenham and Wales star Gareth Bale has commited his short-term future to the club, regardless of whether Spurs will be playing European football next year.
Bale, 21, enjoyed a great run in the Champions League this season, including a memorable hat-trick at the San Siro away to Inter, and has reportedly become a target for a number of top clubs, including Manchester United and Inter.

However, Bale has reassured fans by insisting he does not want a White Hart Lane exit, even if Spurs fail to qualify for the Europa League this season.
Speaking to the official Tottenham magazine, Bale said: “We have a great young team and a great manager. I believe we’re going places. We’ve got a bright future and I want to be part of it.”
