LA Galaxy midfielder David Beckham feels he is fit enough to continue playing on for another three years.
The former England captain was present at the wedding of Prince William and Kate Middleton in London on Friday, yet was able to complete 83 minutes of his return match for the Galaxy the following day, in their 2-1 defeat to Dallas. The appearance in that game means he has played in eight of nine MLS games so far this season.

Quoted on Goal, Beckham told of his intention to keep playing for years to come:
“As long as I feel healthy and fit, I will continue to play. And, right now, I feel great. I feel ready to play for one, two, three more years.
“I got badly injured last year and I have been working hard to get my body back to full fitness.”
Three further years would see Beckham play at the age of 39.
