Spurs turn to Porto striker to solve goals shortage

Tottenham are looking to solve their goalscoring problems by signing in-form Colombian striker Radamel Falcao from Porto, according to the Daily Mail.

The Porto striker, 25, has scored 13 goals in his last 10 games, including the winner in the Europa League final against Braga. Spurs have struggled up-front this season with Peter Crouch and Jermain Defoe both currently on four league goals, and Roman Pavlychenko has seven. Top-scorer at the club has been attacking-midfielder Rafael van der Vaart with 13 league goals.
