The Sun reports that when new Chelsea manager Andre Villas-Boas is appointed, he will swoop for Porto players Falcao and Joao Moutinho as well as sealing a deal for Brazilian star Neymar.
Villas-Boas resigned from his job at the Portuguese champions to secure a move to Stamford Bridge and flew into London last night to secure terms with the Blues. Villas-Boas spent time at Stamford Bridge as an understudy to former manager Jose Mourinho and at only 33, he achieved the treble of league, cup and Europa League for Porto in his first managerial season.
Falcao has stated that he would like a move to England and could seize the opportunity to link up with his former manager, with Moutinho expected to do the same following a successful season with Porto. Neymar’s club Santos have confirmed that Chelsea and Real Madrid can speak to their player and Israeli agent Pini Zahavi has flown out to Brazil to try and seal the deal for the 19 year old.

Inter Milan striker Samuel Eto’o could be a transfer target for Chelsea after revealing that he wants to leave the Nerazzuri, the Daily Star reports.
Andre Villas-Boas left his job at Porto to fly to London and try to agree a deal to become the next Chelsea manager. He is expected to revitalise the ageing Chelsea squad with the full backing of chairman Roman Abramovich’s finances and Eto’o could be the signing for the Blues.
The 30 year old Cameroonian is reportedly dissatisfied with life in Milan and wants a move to the Premier League, which could see the end of Didier Drogba’s future at Stamford Bridge. Drogba has been the reported target of a cash plus the Ivorian deal that Chelsea will offer to Tottenham for playmaker Luka Modric.
Eto’o scored 21 Serie A goals for Inter Milan last season, which is more than Drogba, Nicolas Anelka and Fernando Torres’ goals combined in the league for Chelsea last season.
Barca eye David Luiz.
Barcelona are planning a shock raid on Chelsea defender David Luiz after the Brazilian’s highly successful first season at the Bridge, The People reports.
Luiz has made a big impression in his 12 Premier League outings, scoring twice as he helped to guide Chelsea to a second place finish. The 24 year old has indicated he might listen to an offer from Barcelona, but will only leave Chelsea if they would like him to do so.
Barca manager Pep Guardiola is desperate for a central defender with 33 year old Catalan skipper Carles Puyol struggling with a knee problem. Barca president Sandro Rosell and Luiz’s agent Guilano Bertolucci are said to have met in Brazil and Guardiola is desperate to sign the Brazilian as he looks to retain the Spanish league trophy and the Champions League.
Chelsea will be unwilling to part with Luiz after a successful partnership with Chelsea captain John Terry was formed, but Barca could test Chelsea chairman Roman Abramovich’s resolve with a £30m offer for a player Chelsea paid £22m for in January from Benfica.
