Manchester City manager Roberto Mancini could move for Fiorentina winger Alessio Cerci if his proposed deal for Samir Nasri fails to come off reports The Sun. Mancini has been looking to add a right-winger to his squad, and he will be looking at bringing in Cerci at a cut-price, as the 24-year-old is reportedly desperate to leave the club, after a fall out with fans. Milan in Balotelli link.

AC Milan have become the next club to attempt to lure Mario Balotelli away from The Etihad Stadium according to  The 20-year-old striker is reportedly unhappy in Manchester, and would welcome a move back to Milan, to play for the club he supported as a boy. The striker has been hitting the headlines for all the wrong reasons this season, but despite his problems, Mancini is reportedly desperate to keep the youngster at City.

SWP Bolton move obstacle.

The Daily Star are reporting this morning that Manchester City winger’s move to nearby Bolton Wanderers has been scuppered due to a financial row during the contract negotiations. The BBC were reporting yesterday that the 30-year-old was close to becoming a Bolton player, however this now seems unlikely to happen in the near future. Since Mancini took over at what is now The Etihad Stadium, the former Chelsea man has been on the fringes of the first team, and it is thought the manager is looking to offload him to free up some room in his ever expanding squad.
