Bury sign Oyenuga.

Tottenham teenage striker Kudus Oyenuga has sealed a one month loan deal to Bury. He has yet to make his senior debut in Harry Redknapp’s side but has impressed for the Under-18s.

The 18-year-old is expected to go straight into the side for tonight’s game against Sheffield Wednesday. It will provide Oyenuga with some good first team experience to further his development. He also went on loan to Finnish side My-Pa at the end of last season and impressed.

Redknapp told to sign striker.

The Mirror has reported today that Harry Redknapp has been told he must sign a striker before the end of the transfer window. He has been instructed by Daniel Levy that he must add a hit-man with some of their available cash.

The plan seems to be to bring in Adebayor from Manchester City on an initial loan deal which could be made permanent. The deal could cost Spurs £5m for the season once the clubs agree how to split his massive wages.

Fulham weigh up Crouch bid.

Peter Crouch has emerged as a transfer target for Martin Jol’s Fulham. The former Liverpool and Portsmouth striker appears to be surplus to requirements at White Hart Lane.

Former Spurs manager Martin Jol wants to bolster his attacking options that currently consists of Andy Johnson and Bobby Zamora. The goalless draw with Aston Villa at the weekend highlighted the need to get more firepower at the club. Crouch has been linked with a move away from the club for most of the summer and has attracted interest from Stoke City.
