Mancini wants Tevez out of Man City

The Carlos Tevez saga continued as boss Roberto Mancini declared the Argentinian’s City career as “finished”. Speaking in the storm following City’s defeat to Bayern Tuesday, Mancini told Sky Sports: “I have helped him for the last two years and I can’t accept this from him. For me, he’s finished. I cannot go on with him. If I decide these things then he’s finished.”

It remains to be seen how this saga will be handled since Tevez has a contract lasting until 2014 and the transfer window does not open till January. While he is in breach of contract, City are unlikely to terminate it due to the potential sell-on value Tevez commands.
