Dalglish wants FA to resolve Suarez racism case

Liverpool manager Kenny Dalglish has called for the FA to find a conclusion to the racism row between Luis Suarez and Manchester United defender Patrice Evra, according to The Daily Mail.

Evra alleged that Suarez had used a racist term against him during the two sides’ recent Premier League encounter, a claim which Suarez strongly denies.

The FA are expected to announce what course of action they will take in the coming days, and Dalglish is hoping for a quick decision.

“We have a case and it seems to be dragging its feet,” said the Reds boss. “We’d rather have it done and dusted. Whoever the guilty party is – the person who said it or the accuser – should get their due punishment.

“We look forward to it coming to a conclusion. The longer it goes on, the more disruptive it is for everybody.”
