Liverpool and a host of other clubs are in the hunt for Lille prodigy Eden Hazard, according to the Daily
Liverpool, Manchester City, Chelsea and Arsenal are believed to be leading the chase on the domestic front, while Barcelona and Real Madrid are also keeping tabs on the starlet.
It had been suggested earlier in the season that Joe Cole’s loan deal to Lille included a first refusal on Hazard, but sources at the French club have revealed that Chelsea have been following the Belgian international the closest.
Hazard will not come cheap however, according to the club’s academy director Jean-Michel Vandamme: “The buyer will have to come up with a lot of money – let us say he is not currently to go for less than £40million.”
