Everton striker Louis Saha has warned his teammates that playing Manchester United this weekend could be the worst time to play them, The
Saha spent four and a half seasons at Old Trafford after moving from Fulham in January 2004 and knows exactly how United boss Sir Alex Ferguson works. Everton host United in the lunch time kick off on Saturday and the Frenchman believes that United are a wounded animal who could hurt the Toffees at Goodison Park.
The 33 year old said: ‘It may be a bad time (to face United). I know the manager well and he will surely push them to do well and ask a lot of them. And so will the fans. When you are losing that many goals against your rival, it is not good’.
However, Everton midfielder Jack Rodwell does not echo Saha’s sentiments and believes that the lack of confidence United have following the loss could work in Everton’s favour.
