Villas-Boas looking forward to international break

After today’s game against Bolton, Premier League teams will have two weeks without a game, and for the next week most of the squad will be away on international duty. The Chelsea boss however reveals he is looking forward to the break.

“Like all managers, I enjoy my time off,” he told the Independent. “I have my passions outside football, I am not one of those people who are obsessed with the game, I have tremendous passion for the game but I do not live and breathe it for 24 hours. The rest of my days off I try to enjoy with the passions I have, which are most likely related to wheels moving.”

By this Villas-Boas means his love for motorbikes, of which he owns five, and his ambition is to compete in the Dakar rally one day.
