Warnock tells Tevez to leave the country

Neil Warnock has blasted Carlos Tevez for his misdemeanours in midweek, stating that he should leave the country as well as calling upon Fifa to impose heavy bans on those players who display the disobedience Tevez did in midweek.

Of course Neil Warnock has history with Carlos Tevez, after the controversial transfer of fellow Argentine Javier Mascherano and Tevez was almost certainly what kept West Ham in the Premier League in 2007, at the expense of Warnock’s Sheffield United side.

Despite numerous legal battles between the clubs, involving Warnock himself, and a £25m settlement, the Queens Park Rangers manager was never left content, although his views are reflected by a whole host of Premier League managers. “The sooner he leaves the country, the better. I can’t see it being sorted by him staying. Quite honestly, two weeks ban is a disgrace for an offence like that. A manager has no option but to say that you won’t play for the club again. Fifa have to come up with an answer.”
