Arm surgery rules Drogba out of Genk Champions League fixture

Didier Drogba will be missing for Chelsea as they travel to Belgium to face Genk.

The twice Premier League Golden Boot winner is to undergo surgery to have six screws removed from his right arm. The screws were put in place after the Ivorian fractured a bone close to his elbow prior to the 2010 World Cup. The surgery allowed the striker to participate in the tournament wearing a cast.
