Barnet striker Steve Kabba could be out for the rest of the season

League Two strugglers Barnet have been rocked by the news that striker Steve Kabba could be out for the rest of the season.

The 30-year-old last featured in a 1-1 draw with AFC Wimbledon on the 5th November and will undergo knee surgery in a time where the Bees have been reduced to the bare bones due to injury.

Manager Lawrie Sanchez has failed to name a full compliment of substitutes in their last two games against Bristol Rovers and Southport despite bringing in Crystal Palace youngster Alassane N’Diaye on Friday.

Kabba joins Ricky Holmes, Charlie Taylor, Anwar Uddin and Tommy Fraser on the treatment table at Underhill. However the side have defied their growing injury list and are unbeaten in their last four games, clashes that have all come away from home.
