Chelsea are eyeing up Athletic Bilbao striker Fernando Llorente as the club look more likely to lose Didier Drogba and Nicolas Anelka, according to the Metro.
With Drogba being linked with a move to Italian giants AC Milan, and doubts over whether Anelka will sign a new deal once his current one expires at the end of the season, Chelsea are looking for other options.
Tottenham manager Harry Redknapp has been a long-time admirer of the Spain international, and it is thought he may try to sign him in the summer, although the Gazzetta Dello Sport reports that Roman Abramovich is willing to sanction a bid for the 26-year-old.
Real Madrid are apparently also interested, but Bilbao may not want to sell their talisman to a domestic rival, preferring to let him go abroad.
