Dalglish pleads for patience ahead of Swansea encounter

Ahead of Liverpool’s clash with Swansea at Anfield tomorrow, Kenny Dalglish has warned fans to be patient as Swansea’s passing game may result in Brendan Rodger’s side having the majority of possession.

Some supporters will view it is a strange move to expect to sit back and be patient against one the league’s newly promoted sides, but Dalglish recognises the threat the opposition pose. “It’s a game that we’re going to have to be very patient in. Swansea pass the ball well, they move it well.”

Walesonline goes onto report the Liverpool boss telling the Anfield faithful that they must be tolerant when without the ball, as well as his team. “Swansea might have spells of possession in the game, which we’ve got to accept. We will have to be patient in a lot of aspects of the game. So our supporters will have to understand that.”
