Dalglish wants Liverpool improvement

Liverpool manager Kenny Dalglish says his side must improve after drawing 0-0 with Swansea City at Anfield on Saturday, LiverpoolFC.tv reports.

The result was the Reds’ fourth home draw from six matches so far this season, and their third in a row in front of their own fans after dropping points against Manchester United and Norwich City.

Dalglish realises that his side need to start picking up more points at home and quickly if they are to achieve their aim of a Champions League spot, and was unhappy with the display against Swansea.

“Our performance was disappointing,” said the Liverpool boss. “Anything we’re good at we didn’t do much of today. We’re usually good at passing and movement but there wasn’t much of that there.

“We’ve got to understand, realise and accept that that level of performance isn’t acceptable,” he concluded.
